Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By hiring Ello ("we", "us") for web development, design, or software services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

We provide website design, development, e-commerce setup, and custom software solutions as outlined in the specific project proposal or contract signed by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work.
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final deployment to the live domain.
• For ongoing maintenance retainers, payments are due on the 1st of every month.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may affect the project timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of the final website code, design, and assets. Ello retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ello is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website, including but not limited to loss of data or revenue.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or through the courts of Lahore.
